You do get exactly what you pay for. It's Econolodge so the expectations are not that high. They set the bar low and they keep it there. It has just the bare minimum of what you'd need, but everything is in a state of disrepair. Squashed bug on the wall, peeling bathtub, bathroom door that looks like it's never been wiped down, floor laminate popping up, torn up chair, sink with no plug that brings up the hair and dirt of all its past room guests... I thought just having a bed for the night would be enough but I learned a lot about myself through this experience. Comfort and cleanliness are worth the extra few dollars.

My hotel stay was good. I loved the lights above the bed and the glass countertops for the tv and desk area. There was an issue with the toilet seat not being locked in on the toilet, but my boyfriend and I let the worker know. She explained she would let her manager know. We wanted to make sure they knew it wasn’t us that did that. Everything was good though.

It's possible the room was clean - we saw someone cleaning before we went in. However, the place is in a sad state of disrepair, so it's hard to tell if everything is just dirty or really old and not cared for. Our last morning we saw two roaches, which just about summed up the experience for us.

Motel is cheap, but definitely sketchy. People hanging out all hours of the night. Good for a cheap 1 night stay.

Had to check out a day early to deal with a flooding issue from hurricane Helene. The hotel refused to refund for the last day even though I let them know when I checked in that I would need to leave a day early. This was my 5th and last stay at this hotel. I understand that it is under new management. I don’t think I would have had this problem with the former manager.
