Excellent place to stay ! Great location, beautiful quaint historical hotel with large rooms. Very clean and well kept! The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Nice continental breakfast provided. What a gem of a place. The staff are top notch. Definitely need a car in this town. If you're looking for night life and action, this might not be the place; -- but if you're looking to hide out and rest, this might be it!

I have been wanting to stay at this hotel for a while and it did not disappoint. Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The staff is fantastic, the beds and room are comfortable, and the free continental breakfast is simple but delicious. My only issue was seeing some of the ceiling issues around the sprinkler heads and some water damage near the shower. These were all minimal compared to everything else. We will definitely stay here again!

Nice older hotel with a friendly staff. Stay here often. Only complaints are: typical brown Greenville water and small TVs. In old downtown area that is pretty abandoned.
