Breakfast was great room was clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. This is a very handy and excellent location to stay in Washington. The only problem we had is we booked two rooms for three nights each, and they claimed that we only booked one room for three nights and one room for two nights and they made us pay for the third night, which was a substantial amount of money. As of today, I still not heard from the Hotels.com that we’re trying to resolve this issue which is now been three days.

Tylee at front desk and Jessica in breakfast area were topnotch and both were recent hires. Excellent customer service skills. Cleaning staff very friendly and helpful. Parking staff accessible and safe. Breakfast was far beyond usual. Cheese omelets, sausage links, grits, bagels, cranberry scones, muffins, waffles surprisingly good. Very clean - ranked 100% by health department which I have never seen before. Would definitely stay at another Hampton Inn and hope it measured up to this one.
