Wonderful house with all the amenities. Large bedrooms with comfy bed and nice linens. Rhode was gracious enough to allow us to have some members of our party arrive a bit early for check in. We also left a bit late. We had a minor issue with some plumbing and it was addressed and fixed within hours! The kitchen had everything needed to cook. We did breakfasts at home and dinners in town. We had two cars and there was plenty of room to park. It was a rainy weekend so we did not walk to downtown, but it could have been done in about twenty minutes of leisure walking. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Love Lavinia House

I highly recommend a stay at Lavinia House while visiting Greenville. We were in town to celebrate our daughter’s wedding so there wewas a lot of running around to be done. The house is very conveniently located. The house is so charming and feels like a home away from home. Rhode is an exceptional host, communicates with his guests and clearly wants to make your stay an enjoyable experience.

The house was wonderful! It was so immaculately clean. It really was lovely. We did have an issue with the lavender bedroom that the air conditioner did not work. This did cause for some discomfort. There were not enough washcloths for everyone. As we were a group of older ladies, it would have been nice to have curtains or blinds covering the doors.
