Little Moose Lodge is located deep in the Northern Maine woods. Guests may encounter:

Occasional mice activity 🐭

Spiders or webs that quickly reappear 🕸️

Snow & ice during winter months ❄️

We take every preventative measure, but nature is part of the experience. By booking, you acknowledge and accept the authentic rural environment.
All personal items, equipment, chairs, floats, watercraft etc. used at the Association Beach should be removed each day.

All Dogs must be in complete control of the owner at all times, especially in the common areas.

Association trails marked with the Beaver Cove symbol along the waterfront are maintained for the use and enjoyment of members and their guests. Personal items, gear, chairs, etc. should not block the passage of people walking on the trails.

Please respect the rights of adjoining property owners at all times especially when using the waterfront in the common areas.

Fireworks pose a significant threat of fire in our heavily wooded community, particularly given our lack of a fire department and hydrants. Please note that the use of Fireworks is prohibited in any part of the BCA.

As per the Town of Beaver Cove Firearms Discharge Ordinance, firearms may not be discharged anywhere in The Beaver Cove Association.

Please help to protect the serenity of our community by refraining from making noises loud enough to disturb neighbors and the wildlife.

Owners are responsible for the action of their guests and will be contacted in the event issues arise.

Some properties use a shared water and sewer resource. Please respect this resource.

Please report any issues with date and time to any member of the Board of Directors immediately should something arise.


No Cats Please

This cabin offers its guests a fitness center, barbecue grills, and a garden. The front desk is open around the clock.

This Greenville cabin is smoke free.
