Staff was unprofessional. Had a dog behind the counter that kept barking at us and jumping on the counter. Asked for a hair dryer and she said she would bring one to our room, but never did. Room reeked of strong chemical air freshener. Furniture was beat up and mattress had plastic sheets. Mattress was very hard and yet mushy at the same time. We found two small cockroaches on the bed. Faucet in shower fell off. Television was a Roku, but none of the pay channels worked. Free breakfast was terrible, and even though we were the only ones in the dining hall, most of the food was cold and the juice machine and hot water kettle were out of order. There is a cemetery on the premises and the hotel itself is falling apart. Absolutely the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. Truly awful.

This property was so disgusting! My daughter and I watched a drug deal on our way to the room. Our room was filthy!! There were dead bugs, the sheets were not clean, the shower had someone else’s hair in the tub on the floor in multiple places, the door handle to the bathroom was broken, and I could hear our neighboring room without even trying, My daughter and I did not stay longer than 5 minutes before checking out. We did not feel safe or comfortable to sleep whatsoever.
