The crowd of homeless looking people when I first got there the room stank was dirty then that night people arguing and fussing outside my door police came just felt unsafe with my family being with me

Staff were very friendly. We stayed in a no smoking room. But, there was a huge burn mark on the bathroom sink (the size of an apple). There were cigarette burn marks on tub and there were a few small gouges in the tub, near the drain, that I thought was dirt at first glance. No cabinet doors on the upper kitchen cabinets. The bed was comfortable and our 2 nights there were quiet. I would NOT stay here again.

Friendly staff, but the other guests were so loud and obnoxious. The guy who I checked in with shook his head when a guy walked past us checking in blasting music at 10pm but didn’t say anything. The cleanliness is beyond poor. Thank goodness I only needed a place to sleep for the night.

This place was horrible people in and out the building no doors on the cabinets burn marks on the sink bugs the sheets were dingy and I requested for a refund. They cannot get in contact with the property manager so they have yet to refund me my $254 and I didn’t spend more than 10 minutes in that place I left immediately once I seen the conditions they were dead wrong for not giving me my money back
