This was the loudest hotel I've ever stayed in. Doors opening and closing all night and morning. Additionally, the pet fee information was incorrect. It says $10 pet fee on hotels.com. it was $50 when I got there.

The facility itself is nice, staff is nice, and the room was pretty good. However, I noticed a constant smell of marijuana while in the elevator, the beds were squeaky and pretty incomfortable. The factor that ultimately was the main focal point of my review is the noise. The hotel is right beside Top Golf and a nice bowling alley called the "Main Event". We constantly were kept awake or woken up by cars revving their motors and/or doing burnouts in the parking lot and the side road leading i to the hotel. I know this is out of the extended stay hotel's control, but we were miserable most of both nights we stayed.

The staff was very friendly. Other than that I was pretty miserable. There should be SOMETHING on the listing that tells you this is an extended stay, with ZERO toiletries or amenities. All I need is a hot shower, a comfortable bed and coffee. I didn’t get any of that. The coffee tasted almost toxic from the “instant” machine downstairs. The water pressure was 50% at best. I had to go to a nearby Walgreens to purchase shampoo, conditioner and a blow dryer. What a waste of money. The bed was quite literally the worst I’ve ever slept on. My back still hurts. I’m a small person and it squeaked every time I moved. The hallway on the second floor permeates the smell of Indian food. For a quick stop while traveling, this was anything but convenient or comfortable

Bad building construction

The staff and the appearance of the hotel was nice and I don’t want to take anything away from the staff. The problem was the construction of the building. There was no insulation which made it so I could hear everything from the other rooms and ESPECIALLY outside when cars and trucks would drive by. Made it impossible to sleep at times.

Was clean but not comfortable at all. Bed was horrible, I had a handicapped room (not by request) the main shower head didn’t work, bed was so low to the floor it was hard to get out of. Room was spacious but so empty with no carpet or anything that it echoed. Hotel was loud, could hear other people’s Conversations in the hall and banging from other rooms. Would not recommend this hotel.

The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, however every time i moved it squeezed waking up my daughter.I appreciated the ability to open the window for fresh air. There is plenty of parking and the staff are kind and helpful. This hotel is VERY basic. No kleenex in the room , cooking set for the kitchen must be purchased. No mirror in the room except the bathroom. We stayed 3 nights and you must pay for your room to be cleaned. The fridge was NOT turned on. I put milk & water in the fridge and the next day when i went to get my water it was warm. Causing me to look at the fridge temperature. Several times i smelled cigarette smoke in our hallways coming from a room on our floor.
