Escape to this lovely lodge (The Old School Building Re-imagined) in picturesque Greenwood situated between Omaha and Lincoln, Nebraska. With five bedrooms featuring a mix of queen, king, and twin beds, plus a sofa bed in the spacious Great room, guests find plenty of space to relax and recharge. Two bathrooms include showers and hair dryers for added convenience. The warm & inviting atmosphere inside makes it easy to unwind after a day of adventure. Whether you’re gathering with family or friends, this phenomenal retreat offers comfort and charm in every corner. Our spacious, fully-equipped kitchen is designed for group of all sizes. You’ll find everything you need to cook full meals, prepare snacks, brew coffee, and feed your whole group without the cost of eating out. We look forward to hosting you at our place. (Trains pass through the town regularly. We’ve placed box fans in each room as well as alarm clocks with white noise settings to limit noise interruptions while sleeping. Parties are not allowed except by prior permission. Please limit alcohol to table wine for safety purposes.)

The actual space was great. Lots of room for our large group but there were a few things that were weird. First of all the rental space is located on the 3rd floor. This would have been nice to know. 2nd there is an on site host that lives there and you actually have to walk through her living space to get to the rental area. She was nice but this was awkward. Also when we were carrying in our things she told us that alcohol wasn't allowed which is not mentioned anywhere in the rental rules. She didn't strongly enforce this, but I would imagine this would cause a larger issue for a more boisterous group than us. Lastly check out expectations communicated via VRBO were a little different than what the host told us.
