Instant hot water heater, stacking washer/dryer, woodburning fireplace, solid ashwood flooring, ski and snowboard racks, back deck gas grill, front 34x7' foot deck looking out over National Forest. Many coat hooks for storage of gear. Gas stove and oven, disposal, new small appliances and kitchen tools. 12 miles to Sunrise Ski Area, 1/2 mile to Little Colorado river, 1.1 miles to River Reservoir South parking area, 3 miles to Tunnel and Bunch reservoirs, 6.5 miles (28 min) to Lee Valley reservoir, 35 min to Big Lake, 1 mile to Molly Butler Lodge.
