Located in central Greer, Sleep Well House is especially well suited for professionals, consultants, remote workers, relocation stays, medical visitors, couples, and guests looking for a calmer, more restorative alternative to generic hotels and other short-term rentals.

The goal is comfort you feel the moment you walk in. No visual chaos. No random décor. Nothing here is thrown together. The house itself was modeled with sleep and comfort in mind. Most nearby places ignore this entirely. We didn’t.

The space
Sleep Well House sits directly across from the historic Greer Textile Mill, just a few minutes from downtown. Each bedroom is intentionally simple and sleep forward. Mattresses and linens are premium and chosen for comfort, not showroom hype. Blackout treatments are serious. Rooms stay dark. Acoustically treated windows reduce outside noise and white noise machines are available if you want additional sound masking.

Fast, reliable Wi-Fi throughout the home easily supports video calls and real work along with a dedicated work space.

The kitchen is fully equipped for actual meals and includes a premium coffee station because mornings matter too. Everything here is clean, uncluttered and easy to use.

About the Area and Sleep Expectations.
Sleep Well House is in an established mill area neighborhood. Like any real neighborhood, there is occasional ambient sound. Blackout treatments, sound conscious design and white noise machines are all in place to support sleep even when the surrounding area is active. If you require absolute silence at all times, this may not be the right fit. If you want great sleep in a real neighborhood that has been thoughtfully designed for it, you will.

Easy self check in. Fast reliable Wi-Fi. A calm uncluttered space. A place that helps you sleep, work and feel human again. Everything here was chosen on purpose. Nothing is accidental.

Location and Getting Around
Sleep Well House @ Greer Mill is centrally located and easy to navigate. Downtown Greer is a quick drive of just about 3 minutes or a 15 minute walk. GSP Airport is less than 10 minutes. Grocery, restaurant and shopping options are also just a few minutes away. You are close to where you need to be without being surrounded by constant activity.

This is a two story home with stairs to the upper bedrooms.

Those with pet allergies, please be aware that although we do not allow pets, by law we must accept ADA compliant service animals.

We strongly recommend VRBO's travel insurance. It's inexpensive and covers you in case you need to cancel your travel plans.

There are no interior cameras anywhere in the home. Exterior cameras are located outside for guest safety and property security only.

On occasion, our landscaper may arrive for routine maintenance during your stay.

• Your profile photo must clearly show your face. A valid, government-issued photo ID is required at the time of booking. Failure to provide this will result in cancellation. • Must be at least 25 years old to book. No third-party bookings. • No smoking or vaping inside or near the house. Violation results in a $500 fine plus remediation costs. • No firearms, weapons, fireworks, or candles allowed anywhere on the property. • Unauthorized guests or pets will result in immediate removal and non-refundable cancellation. • ADA-compliant service animals must remain with the guest at all times and may not be left unattended. Emotional support animals are not allowed. • Tampering with exterior security cameras will result in immediate removal without refund. • Additional charges may apply if the premises are left in abnormal condition. • The property is for personal, residential use only. Commercial use of any kind is not permitted, including photo or video shoots, filming, workshops, retreats, or content creation intended for business or monetization. Unauthorized commercial use may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund. • Certain amenities are provided as a courtesy and are considered non-essential, including Wi-Fi/internet. If an essential amenity is unavailable for more than 24 hours, compensation is limited to a maximum of $25 per day, at the host’s discretion. No refunds are provided for interruptions caused by weather, power outages, third-party utilities, or guest misuse. The host must be given reasonable time to attempt repairs. • For stays longer than seven nights, • For stays longer than seven nights, an additional $100 cleaning fee applies. Refusal to allow required cleanings may result in cancellation without refund. • Mail and packages may not be sent to the property. The home is not a legal mailing address, and the host is not responsible for items sent in violation of this rule.
