I was impressed during my stay. The staff was very welcoming and extremely professional. The rooms were spotless and comfortable. I enjoyed the amenities, too. Highly recommend whether for a short or long stay.

there were 5-6 dead crickets in the bathroom, the kleenex box was empty. there were dead bugs under the curtain. .other than that it was fairly clean. perhaps they could have housekeeping go thru invented rooms from time to time to insure cleanliness

One of the staff at the desk was not very polite. The outlets in the room were very weak. They could not hold the plug in chargers, they need to be replaced. The room needs an upgrade bathroom ceiling all cracked, out date furniture and the front desk staff Friday, November 28 and Saturday November 29 morning she is not a friendly person at all. Never smile, or speak I was letting her know the card didn’t work. It’s not the first time but sorry Sam I be visiting other hotel when I come back to Greenwood. The breakfast staff always friendly….
