🛌 The flat has 2 sleeping spaces: a foldaway double bed in the living room, a double bed in the bedroom.

⭐ Travel in comfort thanks to the facilities present in the flat, such as a TV, kitchen facilities (oven, fridge, dishwasher (tablets not provided), kettle, microwave, hob), storage in the bedroom, air conditioning, bed linen and towels for 4 people on arrival.

🔒 Following your reservation: In order to welcome you in a really nice place and to keep our apartment as beautiful as they are, a deposit on your credit card will be requested via a trusted partner "Swikly". After your booking confirmation, you will get an email from "Swikly" asking you to verify the validity of your credit card. This verification will assure us an amount in case something happens in the flat. Nothing will be blocked or taken from your account. Please note that without this deposit, access to the accommodation will not be sent to you, and your booking won't be refund. Nb: This deposit is also accepted by platforms.

📍 Located in the lively Hyper Centre area of Grenoble, supermarkets at 3 min walk ( U express and Spar), Tabac Presse and fruits and vegetables at 2 min walk.
Rue de Strasbourg is very famous with all its renowned craftsmen: best cheese maker in the world, excellent wine cellars, fishmonger's, pastry shop/chocolaterie...
Pathé Chavant cinema and Parc Paul Mistral are 2 minutes away on foot.
The historic centre of the town is 5 minutes walk away.

🚌 Getting around:
To get around, tram lines A and C stop "Chavant" are a 3-minute walk from the building!
The discovery of the city and the district can be done on foot, or by bike.

🚗 Parking is possible around the building (paying during the day except on Sundays) and in the surrounding car parks.

🧹 The cleaning fee also includes bed linen and towels, so leave with peace of mind! Due to health safety regulations, bed linen and towels will be left on your bed.
🤝 This is solidarity accommodation! The entire cost of cleaning is donated to two associations (E.S.A.T. disabled workers and cleaning solidarity).
