The room was small but very clean and neat, the bed was comfortable with 2 pillows to choose from: anatomic one (harder) and soft one. The towel warmer is a very nice addition and it makes the bathroom warm and cozy. The bathrobe is of excellent quality. Breakfast facility is great, the gentleman working there made me an excellent latte macchiato, compliments to him. Shout out and huge compliments to the front desk crew, especially a kind lady named Valerie, for helping us with early check out, much appreciated from our side!

Overall very nice hotel with comfortable rooms located near a huge park. There are few free parking spaces available but a Parkade is available across the street. Grenoble is also a beautiful city. Absolutely recommended.

The Hotel Needs Better Maintenance Despite

The room was clean and the housekeeper did a good job, but the overall condition shows that it needs more attention. The walls are scratched and the room could really use a refresh to justify its price. The lift is also very old and almost dirty. The hotel needs to take better care of its facilities.

Great stay. It's a shame there was no EV parking as advertised though as this was the reason we booked this hotel. Free parking was on the street and advised to remove all belongings from the car - wasn't very practical late at night and could perhaps do with safer parking. Breakfast average but staff were very helpful.

Gorgeous boutique hotel from the lobby to the rooms tastefully decorated. Loved all the Clarins products from the body lotion to all the shower products. Very rare to see Clarins products. The breakfast was amazing. Such a huge variety of food including many delicious breads, pastries, ratatouille, and meats. you would not expect this kind of breakfast in a boutique hotel. We will be back. And the bed and pillows are very comfortable and of high quality

There was no food at all in the property that evening. No restaurant and no room service. We were told that it wasn't very safe to walk on the streets close to the hotel. There seemed to be only two girls working that evening.

Great if you don't have a rental car!

Great hotel with excellent service and rooms, but access with a car and parking is difficult. I've stayed here twice and found that there is only parking in a small area in front of the hotel which must be accessed from a one way street (and slip road) at the side of the hotel. You can't get to the parking from the street in front of the hotel without either using (illegally) a bus/taxi lane and a GPS will not route you correctly. This is the only issue with what otherwise is a wonderful, classic hotel.
