We offer a one-bedroom apartment with bathroom and kitchenette located on the basement floor, of our dwelling, with a separate entrance consisting of a living room/entrance hall with kitchenette and sofa bed and a bedroom with bathroom. The bathroom is accessed through the master bedroom. The kitchenette is equipped with everything needed for cooking, there is no oven or microwave oven, the beds are complete with sheets and blankets and the bathroom with towels for each guest and a hair dryer.
The rooms have windows (visible in the photos) but are without a view. The outdoor area of the house has a table in exclusive use of the apartment and a garden shared among the guests.
There is no daily cleaning of the rooms, no television and no washing machine.
Our house is about 12 km from Aosta and 1450 m above sea level.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Pila Ski Area. The apartment includes amenities such as a kitchenette and a microwave.
