On the ground floor, you will find a cozy living room furnished with a double sofa bed measuring 130 cm, providing an additional sleeping option when needed. The kitchen on this level is well-equipped and offers direct access to the garden. The lower ground floor, which functions as a sunken ground floor accessible via 8 steps leading down to the lounge, hosts the first bedroom, featuring a French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 190 cm in length. This floor also includes a bathroom fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC, as well as a utility room. The bedroom on this level benefits from a private exit to the garden.

On the upper floor, the second bedroom is also furnished with a French bed of the same dimensions, 140 cm by 190 cm, and enjoys the added comfort of an en suite bathroom complete with a shower, bidet, and WC.
