Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. 500 m long bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Parking on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 10 km, bus stop 3 km, sandy beach "Marina di Cecina" 85 km. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, walking paths from the house 50 m.
