We rated this 4 out of 5 due to some minor blemishes. Nothing that detracted from out stay / comfort. Staff was professional /Breakfast was good. We often wonder if management bothers to visit each room ( yes there are a lot of rooms ) about once a month just to see for themselves the specific conditions in each room = refrigerator / freezer condition for instance. We'll stay here again, David & Diana

We checked in, got our key and when we went into the room it smelled horrible. The pillow cases were mildewed, the bathroom floor was sticky, and the dresser drawers were broken. It was not somewhere I wanted to stay, so we went and checked out. It definitely needs some work.

We didn’t schedule this one and we tried to cancel this and of course your company made it impossible for us to cancel. We better not see another scheduled room. We came to buried our daughter on August the 15th, therefore, we shouldn’t have a reason to return to Thomason.
