Duplex character cottage

Comfortable duplex cottage located in Grillon between Grignan and Nyons, adjoining the mas owners, but independent with its private outdoor area. The farmhouse has been restored in a contemporary spirit while maintaining its authenticity. The pool is shared (heated May to late September). The farmhouse built in the early nineteenth is located in the countryside, about 1 km from the village center on the axis Montélimar-Gap halfway between Grignan and Valréas.
Discover the Provence of the Popes, the Drôme provençale, Grignan and its castle, the Abbey of Aiguebelle, the Gorges de l'Ardèche and the Provençal markets.
For activities, do as you wish hiking (gorges du toulourenc for example), the ascencion of Mont Ventoux by bike, mountain bike trails (possibility to accompany you to enjoy a maximum), motorcycle rides (the road wine, road napoleon etc ...), Golf (golf of the Drôme Provençale and Valdaine golf nearby), tennis, and equestrian center nearby.

Location magnifique

Appartement rénové avec goût dans une ancienne bâtisse aux pierres apparentes. Le coin piscine est également bien aménagé avec de confortables chaises longues et parasols. Un endroit idéal pour des vacances. Ingrid et David sont très accueillants tout en étant discrets.

Eine glückliche Zeit voller Zufriedenheit.

Wir haben uns schon am ersten Tag sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war für uns genau richtig. Der Außenbereich mit dem Pool war auch sehr angenehm und schön. Unsere Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr gut verstanden.

Une très belle découverte, la deco est d un goût et un raffinement exquis, les propriétaires sont très sympas et le cadeau d accueil à fait son effet. Un gîte à échelle plus-qu’ humaine puisque seulement deux gîtes. Merci encore pour ce beau séjour dans une région ponctué de villages typiques magnifique ( ne pas louper grignan🤩 la piscine chauffée est super agréable les pierres apparentes donne un cachet magnifique à la maison.

Séjours détente en famille : top !

Nous avons passés quelques jours dans le gîte d'Ingrid et David en mai. leur gîte est magnifique, beaucoup de charme, une déco sympathique, tout est très bien agencé, il ne manque rien : on se sent à l'aise de suite, en mode vacances ! Ce gîte est bien situé, nous avons pu visiter ces petits villages provençaux et tester ainsi les spécialités du coin. Ingrid et David sont aux petits soins pour leurs hôtes, nous vous remercions pour votre gentillesse, votre générosité, votre disponibilité avec toujours de très bons conseils à nous donner !
