Beautiful air-conditioned villa, on two levels, approximately 240 m², consisting of 7 bedrooms, and including: an entrance, a guest WC with hydrotherapy shower, a large living room open to a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom and WC with disabled access.

Upstairs, there is a guest WC and 4 bedrooms, including 2 rooms with an en-suite shower room (Italian shower) and a balcony with a sea view. One room with an Italian shower and WC. A master suite with a hydrotherapy bathtub, WC, shower, and access to the balcony.

Land of approximately 1500 m². Free-form pool (15 x 5), jacuzzi, pool house. Internet. Alarm system in the villa. Garage. Parking.

Golf access 200 m away, as well as beach access via an underground passage.

Option to rent bed linen: 50 € for a double kit (2 persons) and 40 € for a single kit (1 person). Departure cleaning included.
