A good house in a nice location.

This large house is well suited to a big group. Communication with the owner was very good and she was always quick to respond. The house is 5 minutes from a small beach and has a good size pool which was cleaned regularly. It is very well equipped, clean and there is room to park 4 cars. The layout is quirky as the basement rooms and top floor do not connect internally to the main living area. There was no air conditioning but there were plenty of fans. There are 3 patio areas well suited for people to relax. It is in a residential area but is not overlooked by any other houses. We had an excellent 2 weeks stay in this lovely part of France.

Excellentes vacances

Superbe villa avec possibilité de loger 3 familles indépendantes car plusieurs salles de bain. ( on était 11) Vue sur la piscine de la terrasse où l’on mangeait, pratique pour surveiller les enfants. A 5 minutes de la plage à pied. Région au top ! Soleil, multitude de resto excellents, mer, bateaux … On pense réserver cette villa l’an prochain.

Points négatifs : - Accès aux différents étages de la maison par l’extérieur - la literie et les oreillers sont à renouveler dans les chambres du Rdc et du 2ème étage - le lave vaisselle est à changer : obliger de laver la vaisselle à la main Points positifs : - accès rapide à la plage - accès au centre de Ste Maxime est très agréable par la mer (environ 30min mais très agréable)

Excellent séjour

Nos meilleurs souvenirs pour ce séjour! Nous avons apprécié l'indépendance de chaque chambre avec ses sanitaires ( plusieurs couples composant notre famille), l'emplacement avec l'accès à la plage en quelques minutes, la mise à disposition de vélos nous évitant la circulation, l'équipement global de la villa...etc En conclusion, que du bonheur et merci à la propriétaire pour sa disponibilité ainsi qu'à la personne sur place

En fantastisk vecka

Kan varmt rekommendera detta boende. Passar utmärkt för ett stort sällskap. Flera badrum vilket är ett stort plus. En fantastisk pool. Lugnt läge men gångavstånd till Sainte-Maxime. Cyklar finns att låna. Nära till en liten strand. Ca 150 m. Ett mycket bra utrustat kök. Rekommenderar hyrbil för att ta sig från flygplatsen. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka till detta mysiga och fantastiska hus.

Sehr schön. Zum Wohlfühlen und Entspannen. Die Villa ist mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die Sie benötigen. Der perfekte Ort für Spaziergänge, Partys und Strand. Bella casa e bella posizione.

L'emplacement est très confortable et calme, près de la plage et à 1 km et demi du centre de Sainte Maxime. La maison est vraiment confortable avec une grande cuisine et une grande et lumineuse salle à manger, et par beau temps, même la grande terrasse avec une table et douze chaises peut être aménagée pour manger en été, malheureusement le week-end de Pâques, nous n'avons pu manger que deux déjeuners. Le secteur des médias, la télévision, etc., est également confortable et bien équipé. Toutes les chambres sont grandes et confortables et même les salles de bain sont vraiment belles et efficaces. La piscine est assez grande pour nager sans descendre à la mer et elle est parfaite pour les enfants. Le jardin est bien entretenu et le terrain de pétanque à l'arrière est une valeur ajoutée.

Villa exceptionnelle dans un cadre idyllique & à proximité de tout ! Expérience inoubliable

Nous avons eu l’occasion de réserver cette villa durant nos vacances d’hiver et n’avons absolument pas été déçus! La villa est spacieuse et décorée avec beaucoup de goût, mélangeant une inspiration «du sud » et une ambiance chaleureuse comme à la maison! Sa localisation est idéale, située à 15minutes à pieds du centre de Ste Maxime (et du ferry pour St Tropez) et à seulement 800 mètres de la plage. Le temps étant toujours agréable en cette période, nous avons pu profiter des espaces extérieurs (enviant les périodes plus ensoleillées où nous rêvions de pouvoir profiter du bar et de la piscine extérieure)! Nous avons également apprécié les éléments « logistiques » de la réservation et la sympathie des propriétaires. La villa est également d’une propreté remarquable! Nous recommandons vivement cette villa et comptons y revenir pour nos prochaines vacances! Encore un tout grand merci pour ces vacances inoubliables et à très bientôt!

un excellent séjour entre amis dans la baie de Sainte Maxime

Excellent séjour hélas un peu court ! nous nous sommes retrouvés à 11 amis de toute la France dans cette villa magnifiquement située au coeur de la baie de Sainte Maxime/ St Tropez. Suffisamment de lits (bien que de qualité un peu inégale), grande terrasse avec une table qui nous réunissait tous le soir, barbecue, équipements de cuisine en abondance, et cerise sur le gâteau la piscine fort appréciée en ce mois de septembre estival

Die Lage ist sehr gut in Fußnähe zum Meer und trotz der sehr dicht befahrenen Küstenstraße ruhig. Wir 8 Personen haben die Größe von Poolbereich, Terrasse und windgeschütztem Grillplatz optimal gefunden. Die gut ausgestattete Küche mit großen Töpfen, ausreichend Geschirr und einer Vielzahl an Gewürzen hat uns sehr gefreut. Insgesamt ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt.

Superbe villa très bien équipée !! A recommander

Nous étions 4 familles (8 adultes et 7 enfants), la maison est magnifique et très bien équipée : La piscine est top (entretien également par un pisciniste professionnel) en plus équipée d'un volet roulant pour être tranquille le soir pendant les repas et d'une quinzaine de transats , la maison est situé dans un quartier calme et pourtant proche de la mer (100 à 150 m de la plage), la plage a proximité est superbe. Chaque chambre dispose de sa propre salle de bain, à aucun moment nous nous sommes senti à l'étroit alors que nous étions à 15 personnes. Très bon accueil par la femme de ménage Marina, Mme COLSON est également facilement joignable par téléphone et très sympathique. En bref nous avons passé 8 jours de rêve.

Underbar villa med härlig swimmingpool i lugnt och vackert läge!

Vi var fyra familjer, 8 vuxna och 5 barn, som vistades i denna underbara Villa Mamico. Den fina och välskötta poolen var mycket uppskattad. En mycket ren och fin liten strand med kristallklart vatten fanns några minuters gångväg från villan. Köket innehöll allt man kunde önska för matlagning och en mycket bra utomhusgrill! Vi gjorde utflykter till Bormes des Mimosas, Saint Tropez (med båt från Sainte-Maxime) och Ile de Porquerolles, där vi hyrde cyklar. Merci beaucoup pour une vacance mervielleux! Séjour agréable et calme dans la villa Mamico. Le jardin est très bien entretenu et l'intérieur est vaste. Il semblerait que le lave-vaisselle ne fonctionne plus très bien et le code wifi ne marche pas. Tout le reste est très confortable!

Villa familiale et très agréable

nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cette villa familiale.La disposition des pièces permet à chacun d'avoir son confort car chaque étage dispose d'une salle de bain.Nous étions plusieurs couples, chacun pouvant avoir son indépendance,ce qui n'est pas négligeable.La situation est idéale car près de la mer tout en étant au calme. La propriétaire est disponible pour répondre aux différentes questions.Je recommande cette location.

Séjour fabuleux dans cet havre de paix
