The house consists of a large west-facing terrace, an entrance hall leading to an exceptional, fully-equipped kitchen, open onto a spacious living and dining room. Guest toilet and laundry room. You will also enjoy a second terrace overlooking the canal, with a 13 m double mooring.
A splendid staircase will guide you upstairs.
On the first level, you will discover four bedrooms, two with canal views, separated by two shower rooms with toilets.
On the second level, you will find the master bedroom with balcony, bathroom, separate toilet and additional shower room.
The house can also be rented with 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms, except in July/August. (Contact the agency for more details).
