Beautiful views!

The property was exactly as described and has the most fantastic views. The location is great with restaurants nearby and within walking distance of the train station and gondolas. We loved sitting out on the deck each morning and evening.

Location is perfect, walking to First gondola with skis was easy. Bus stop 2 min walk to easily get to train or Grindelwald Terminal. Grocery store, 2 min walk.

Great Stay in Grindelwald

We thoroughly enjoyed our five-day stay in the apartment. The location was perfect - convenient to restaurants and other services, yet very quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed and the furnishing were modern and comfortable. The view from the patio was awesome. The check-in process was easy and the host was very accommodating and communicative. We would gladly return for a future stay?

Amazing view and great location in the town. The basement parking is easy to get in and out of.

Everything was just like it was posted in the description. This is a very nice location that is fully stocked. The view from the deck is wonderful. The neighborhood is busy but not too loud. We would love to come back to the same apartment for sure!

Another fantastic stay

This is the second time we have stayed in this property and we recommend it highly. It is amazingly well equipped - even down to a cake tin to bake a birthday cake for our sons 8th birthday during our stay. We were skiing and the warm, dry and bright apartment was such a pleasure to come home to everyday. The views from the huge windows in the lounge are gorgeous. Everything you need:supermarkets, shops, restaurants, banks etc literally on your doorstep all within walking distance. So need of a car but if you do drive a very convenient underground garage for parking. We can't wait to come back.

The flat is beautiful, perfect location and amazing view. It has all you need - even small things are taken care of so that you do not need to shop right away for paper towels or washing-up liquid. Amazing place to stay, photo’s are accurate. Would love to teturn. A very minor thing we were missing and would be handy in summer is to have a clothes line for drying your laundry outside.

Best of Grindelwald

This is a fantastic property. The location to the village is great. Walking distance to town, restaurants, grocery store, shops, First gondola, bus stop, etc. The view was amazing. Even on foggy days. We looked out in wonder every day. Our other family stayed in the Sunstar just down the street. This place was great for entertaining and hanging out post skiing and pre-dinner. The interior pictures and description are accurate. The exterior is better in person. Did I mention the view? The check-in could not have been easier. Diarmuid's instructions came with pictures and video. We looked forward to returning at the end of the day's activities. No lounge or cafe could beat the view and coziness of this property.

A great choice

We loved the apartment. It was ideally located and the mountain views were fabulous. The apartment was spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished and superbly well equipped. The wraparound veranda was delightful. Diarmuid was very helpful throughout the process from booking to checking in. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this apartment which provides everything you could want in an excellent location. Excellent car parking in the underground garage accessible by private lift.

The Absolute Best Experience

From the very beginning, Diarmuid was extremely responsive to my request for booking and to answering any questions I had. The location of the apartment in Grindelwald was perfect: 10 minutes from the train station; walking a few minutes to the First gondola station; great restaurants all around the area. We spent 7 days in the unit. Waking up to the Eiger out of the bedroom window was amazing. The photos online are totally accurate. Arriving in Grindelwald by car and locating the driveway to get to the unit caught us by surprise. Diarmuid's instructions were spot on but we didn't see the drive beside Migros until we were past the spot. We parked the car, walked to the Migros market, up the hill, found the unit and the keys. Then went and got the car and drove to the garage. Everything worked out very well. We didn't use the car for the week we were there. I know we would stay here in the future and highly recommend this apartment in Grindelwald.

The property is absolutely AMAZING, everything looks new because it is a very new property that has been perfectly maintained and for which excellent quality materials and appliances have been chosen. Most of the things are what I would get for my own place. The location was perfect because it was centrally located to explore, get food, walk to get groceries, the train station, basically everything. he property manager is incredibly helpful and professional. He personally was there to welcome us and show us around. My only regret is not having been able to stay there longer. It is on top of my list for my next trip.
