Our comfortable wooden house "villa kunterBUNT" awaits you amidst the idyllic Schleiregion in the tranquil village of Grödersby, only 350 meters from the Schlei. For up to 6 people, our holiday home offers a tasteful Scandinavian style on a total of 140 m², spread over 3 floors. Due to the barrier-free ground floor, the house is also well suited for wheelchair users or passengers with reduced mobility.
The living room invites you to linger with bright, modern interiors in the Scandinavian style, comfortable couches and views of the beautiful garden. The crackling stove and underfloor heating provide cuddly warmth even in colder seasons. The covered porch is directly accessible from here and offers views of the garden and the adjacent (separated and fenced) pond. With the flat-screen TV, a music system and free Wi-Fi was also thought of the media entertainment. The kitchen is equipped with various technical amenities to prepare delicious meals. Also on the ground floor is a single bedroom, which is easy to reach for wheelchair users. On the same level is the modern, barrier-poor bathroom, which was furnished with a floor-level shower and shower stool. The washbasin is also wheelchair-accessible and the WC provides secure hold.
On the upper floor of the house, which is accessible via a staircase, there are two colorful bedrooms for a further 5 people, who can find a good night's sleep here after an eventful day. In the basement, a great highlight awaits the little holiday guests: In the games room, there are many job opportunities, because here are bunk beds, desk with painting things, TV with children's DVDs, children's books and many games from Lego and Playmobil to Lillifee ready. St. Nikolaikirche, Dutch windmill Amanda with historic sawmill or the Schlei bascule bridge), a beautiful pedestrian area with many shops, a harbor promenade with a nice selection of restaurants (including the fish smokehouse Föh) are just a few minutes by car or by bike to reach quickly.
