Ferienwohnung mit Parkplatz, liegt zwar im 5. Stock, ist aber gut zu erreichen, da es einen Fahrstuhl gibt! Aussicht einfach fantastisch. Buchten schon einige Male diese Ferienwohnung, sind zufrieden. Strand liegt in der Nâhe und ist zu Fuß schnell zu finden. Ein Hund darf man auch mitbringen, sodaß diese Ferienwohnung für Hundebesitzer geeignet ist. Der Hundestrand ist auch nicht weit. Für uns ist diese Ferienwohnung optimal!

Die Ferienwohnung hat einen sehr schönen Ausblick. Sie ist ausreichend eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, außer das wlan, das wäre vom Vorteil, da in Grömitz das Handynetz nicht besonders gut ist in der Hauptsaison. Teilweise sind die Möbel schon sehr gebraucht, trotzdem fühlt man sich in der Wohnung wohl

In dem App. 179 habe ich mich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Aussicht auf die See ist hervorragend. Obwohl es ein großer Komplex ist, fühlt man sich ungestört. Mein hört lediglich die Vögel oder ab und zu vielleicht einen Hund. Der Hausmeister ist sehr freundlich, genau wie alle Bewohner oder Gäste, denen wir in unserer Zeit begegnet sind. Gerne habe ich das Riesenrad angeschaut, welches in der Dämmerung beleuchtet wird. Eine Fahrt darin war ein tolles Erlebnis. So nah an der See zu sein, war für mich und meine Hündin sehr schön. In der Mittagshitze sind wir gerne durch das Wäldchen gegangen.
