Die Wohnung macht einen verwohnten und ungemütlichen Eindruck,die Möbel sind es auch.Das Sofa ist durchgesessen.Eine sehr kleine und enge Dusche.Der große Balkon ist Ok.Aussensteckdose ohne Funktion.Neue Möbel würden mehr Gemütlichkeit und Komfort vermitteln.Ein paar Wandbilder wären auch nicht schlecht. Gute Lage,in ein paar Minuten an der Strandpromenade.Normaler Durchschnitt der sich teuer bezahlen lässt.

Hübsch und gut gelegen.

Die Wohnung Nr.50 Villa am Meer ist gemütlich und sauber. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Der Hausflur stinkt nacht Zigarettenrauch, da in manchen Wohnungen das Rauchen leider erlaubt ist. Ansonsten haben wir nichts zu beanstanden. Top Lager zudem.
