8.5. Really enjoyed my stay! The location is fantastic and the staff were very helpful with most of my requests. My room was clean and comfortable, and the food was good too. Just a few minor details keeping it from a perfect 10, but overall a great choice. Air condition was good, works well, wifi signal wasn't so good.

This hotel was just as stated. For a 3 start hotel, I felt very safe. The area is quite and a 5 minute walk from the Marina where there are restaurants. The staff is very friendly and helpful, they are able to call taxi's for you if needed. Breakfast had a good variety of selections.

Well maintained hotel with friendly staff. Within walkable distance to Rodney Bay Marina. They have free shuttles between the 2 other properties where one of them has the beach. They can also drop in shopping/dining market that is awesome. Rooms are like normal hotel but very clean. They have a pool in the middle of the hotel with balcony to sit. There is a small bar as well near the pool. The breakfast is buffet style and is really well organized. Eventhough the restaurant is small the food for lunch/dinner is delicious.

Hotel was lovely, and staff were very friendly and attentive. We stayed at the end of season and it was very quiet and maybe this is the reason it lacked atmosphere. Lots of maintenance happening while we were there as they were gearing up for a busy week with the jazz festival. The hotel is a short walk from the marina with several dining options there (needed as the choices at the hotel were very limited) but otherwise not much is within walking distance. A free shuttle bus is available hourly to ship guests between the 3 Bay Gardens hotels in Rodney Bay and is useful for trips to Reduit beach (free loungers and non-motorised watersports) but looking at the other hotels made this one feel very much the poor cousin. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but were glad once we hired a car and could get out a bit more. We would probably not choose to stay here again, but would happily opt for another of the Bay Garden hotels.
