Welcome to Paradise Villa & Rooms, your slice of paradise in beautiful Rodney Bay.
This spacious ground level apartment offers the perfect blend of traditional Caribbean charm and modern convenience, ideal for couples, or small groups ( sleeps 2-6)
Step outside onto the wrap around terrace with canopy roof and stylish sails for shade and cover form the odd shower! The perfect area to enjoy reading, dining, an alfresco lounge . Take in the breathtaking views of the surrounding area, a perfect spot for sipping your morning coffee or a sunset cocktail enjoying a BBQ with family and friends whilst taking in the scenery and bird song.
The private infinity pool offers a refreshing retreat after a day of adventures equipt with sunbeds and parasols.
Inside you will find one family bathroom, and one ensuite .
Three large bedrooms with comfortable beds fresh linen & towels are supplied. The rooms are decorated beautifully and have modern ceiling fans, recently added the option of aircon but with the cool breeze from the sea and our slat window system ( all protected with mosquito nets)it is rarely needed
Our fully equipt kitchen although not large will have all your kitchen essentials ( we are finishing this off before opening) including washing machine facility and opens out onto a garden with washing line and access to main garden.
Free Wi-Fi is provided, with TV's in two of the bedrooms, so you can enjoy connecting to your favourite on demand video streaming services.
Outside the property is surrounded by established tropical gardens you will find various mango trees, advocado, paw paw, plaintain and much more, it is simply beautiful. We have resident hummingbirds and many other bird species.
The property is gated and has secure private parking which is free to use.
Paradise View is located just minutes from the vibrant nightlife of Rodney Bay, Reduit beach, the local bars and restaurants, supermarkets , banks ,buses and taxis.
Although we are located on Rodney Heights, we are not far up and using our garden stairs to access the road it will take only 5 minutes to reach evertything.
We are also very close to Rodney Bay Marina and for keen walkers Pigeon Island seen from the house with all its beauty and history is within reach! For most it is a 5 munite drive or taxi away and is a must see.
We can arrange Catamaran day trips, sunset cruises or private charters all available to access from the local marina . This allows you to enjoy other attractions and popular tourist areas on the Island enjoying the sheer beauty of Saint Lucia whilst travelling along the coast.
Airport transfers can also be arranged with our local drivers
