NEWLY built condo in Jan 2024. Breathtaking ocean view. Unit #1 Ocean View Suite is located on a hilltop gated complex called Calabash Condos Marisule Ridge.

The property is just a short 1-minute walk to a bus stop, 4-minute walk to a supermarket and a 5-minute walk to a small quiet beach. A short 6-minute drive is Rodney Bay where there are plenty of restaurants, 2 malls, medical clinics, fitness centers, churches, banks, night clubs, a casino, and more supermarkets just to name a few. Reduit Beach is in the Rodney Bay area. This is a beautiful, popular, 3-kilometre, white sand beach. Here you can rent beach chairs and umbrellas and enjoy beach restaurants, bars, and watersports.

The property has a secured automated electronic entry, perimeter walls and in-home security system. There is a communal plunge pool (14’ x 14’) with a 5-foot-deep end with deck chairs and a shared gazebo on the property. There is also one parking spot. The condominium complex is strategically located and very accessible to the main road behind the building so you should be expected to hear some traffic.
