I recently had the pleasure of staying at Secrets Resort in St. Lucia, and from the moment I arrived, it was nothing short of extraordinary. The resort itself is absolutely stunning—every corner feels like a picture-perfect escape with breathtaking views and a truly luxurious atmosphere. The food was consistently delicious, with so much variety and quality that every meal felt like a special experience. Whether it was fine dining or casual bites, the flavors and presentation were outstanding. The bartenders also deserve a special shoutout—they were not only talented at mixing the perfect cocktails but made every interaction fun and memorable. One of the absolute highlights of my stay was the massage—it was mind-blowing. The calming setting paired with the skill of the therapist left me feeling completely renewed and added an extra layer of relaxation to an already incredible trip. What truly sets Secrets apart, though, is the staff. Every single team member I encountered was warm, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure my stay was perfect. Their kindness and professionalism made me feel completely cared for, and it added such a personal touch to the luxury experience. This resort is truly a gem in St. Lucia. The overall look and feel of the hotelnwas very beautiful. But LIXURY, is not found anywhere. They have a long way to go. Most of the staff seemed to be bothered when asked for basic things, but the other staff was FANTASTIC. Food was okay- good restaurants and the food was decent. Preferred club needs MAJOR work. Drinks were good, entertainment good, beach good but NOTHING stood out. If you want a nice enjoyable vacation this is a good place, but be prepared for outright ride staff and a very NOT LUXURY place.

The resort is very clean, up to date, the staff are so very friendly and accommodating, the food and drinks are delicious. The food is the best I’ve ever had at an all inclusive resort, even the presentation of the food is elevated and served with care. The drinks are delicious and not watered down, they put care to add garnishes to the drinks like cherries and limes. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. There is an app you can download that goes with this resort to help navigate amenities and room service. The spa was wonderful, very clean and one of the best massages I’ve had.

We booked this resort because we had previously stayed at other Secret Resorts and greatly enjoyed those experiences. However, this resort missed the mark. The rooms are not luxurious at all. We stayed in a swim out suite and the room was small and simple. It’s just not what you would expect with the Secrets name. It doesn’t seem like they’ve done much renovation to the previous property, just changed the name. This cost is not adequate to the experience. I will say, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food and drinks were nothing special. I would not choose this resort again.

Service and food at Morgan’s piers was excellent and by far the highlight of the resort. The staff there went above and beyond our expectations in accommodating our requests. Staff at market cafe need more training on hospitality and the service was extremely slow at lunch when there were only 10 tables of guests. Overall nice clean property with great beach!

If you are used to the Secret’s brand you will be disappointed. Every other Secret’s location I have stayed at exudes luxury. This location does not. It is a refurbished old property that does not give luxury or the Secrets experience. I’m always happy to pay the price to stay at a Secrets property but this place is a no go.

The Hamitsu restaurant was great! Deon was awesome! Service was NOT GOOD! The service at the other restaurants wasn't good. The servers were very slow. It took too long for the food to come out and for someone to come and take our food order. The front desk workers were unfriendly and did not provide timely luggage pick up as mentioned. The taxi fees were too high.
