The Seeheilbad Großenbrode is one of the rainiest and sunniest areas in Germany.

In our beautiful penthouse apartment "sundeck 35" is the name program. Enjoy the warm sunshine on our 2 roof terraces with sea views.

The apartment has on 55m ² an open space concept with comfortable seating area, dining area and well-equipped, modern kitchen.

The first bedroom has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m), a spacious wardrobe and blackout drapes. On the gallery you will find another bedroom with 2 single beds (0.90 x 2.00 m), which you can also put together as a double bed. Here is also a baby travel bed, another TV and toys for our little guests.

Start your day refreshed under our hansgrohe Raindance shower or enjoy a relaxing sauna session.

The beach promenade and the beautiful, white south beach can be reached within a few minutes on foot. So you have everything on the beach with you, you are welcome to use the available (foldable) carts. Water sports enthusiasts will get their money's worth on the natural west beach.

The apartment is on the 3rd Upstairs and attic.

Bed linen and towels can be ordered upon request.

100, - Euro deposit are due in advance. This will be refunded after departure. Electricity / water / heating are included.

A parking space in the underground garage is available free of charge and your car is thus protected from all weather. The apartment can be easily reached via the elevator.

If available, a bicycle shed can be added for a fee of EUR / night 3, - per night. As only a limited number are available, we recommend a timely reservation.

This apartment offers its guests a sauna and an elevator. The front desk is open around the clock.
