Private: natural state property 3'000 m2 with wildlife garden and trees, meadow. In the house: air conditioning. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Shop 3 km, restaurant 3 km, bakery 3 km, bus stop 2 km. Golf course (9 hole) 10 km.
4-room house 90 m2 on 2 levels. Cosy and wooden furniture furnishings: living room with Scandinavian wood stove and satellite TV (flat screen), radio, DVD, electric heating and air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: with sloping ceilings, 1 room with 1 bed and 1 french bed (140 cm, length 200 cm). With sloping ceilings, 1 room with 1 bed and 1 french bed (1 x 140 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). Sep. WC. Terrace 70 m2 partly roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue.
