We are very, very sorry for your complain, even if I'd was expecting for this. Sometime we understand that we are not able to like to everyone with our services and standard. I also must say that it is a lie that we haven't change the towels, because thy were not on the floor, and even that it is quite absurd to ask to turn on the cool conditioning when outside the temperature is 13° and the other Guests ask for heating... I apologize but we have done the best we could. Thank you anyway, kindest regards
