This new, air-conditioned apartment, located on the ground floor, is composed of a fully equipped kitchen open to the air-conditioned living room equipped with a rapido convertible sofa for 2 people (sleeps 140), all opening onto the terrace. An air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed 140 and storage space, a shower room and a separate WC complete the apartment.

The advantage of this apartment: a beautiful furnished terrace of around 21m² with sea/garden view, numbered parking space. Internet included in the rental.
