## Accommodation
In a quiet location, far from the nighttime noise of the town center, this spacious, fully air-conditioned (living room and bedroom) 70 m² detached villa has a 48 m² terrace with sea view, two sets of garden furniture, a dining area, and a plancha grill. This large one-bedroom apartment, which can accommodate 4 people (+ travel cot on request), is located on the ground floor and comprises: a large living room with dining area, a lounge with large flat-screen TV and sofa bed (140x190) opening onto the terrace through large bay windows; a spacious open-plan kitchen, also opening onto the terrace, with a bar area, fully fitted and equipped (washing machine, dishwasher, 3-ring ceramic hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, etc.). A hallway leads to a separate wall-mounted toilet, a large shower room with towel radiator, walk-in shower, vanity unit, mirror and plenty of storage space, as well as a beautiful air-conditioned bedroom with bay window opening onto the terrace, large closet, 180x190 bed that can be converted into two single beds, bedside tables and chest of drawers. A folding single bed is available at an additional cost, as is a baby kit. On the terrace: dining area, new plancha grill, deckchairs and two garden furniture sets. There is a direct sea view from one of the lounge areas and a side view from the rest of the terrace. The whole property is equipped with bay windows with roller shutters and awnings.

## Transit
The accommodation is located 15-20 minutes from Ajaccio Airport and 30-35 minutes from Ajaccio Port for ferry arrivals.

## Notes
A baby kit can be provided on request for an additional €65, consisting of a travel cot, high chair, children's tableware, baby monitor, and toys.

Your accommodation is ready to welcome you, so all you have to do is enjoy yourself: cleaning, towels, and bed linen are mandatory when booking. The beds will be made upon your arrival.

Great apartment with the most amazing view and friendly hosts

Great apartment that really suited our needs - in a quiet location (car is an absolute must) with a view over Ajaccio Bay that couldn’t be beaten! The pool is fantastic and the hosts are really friendly. Good supermarket in the town below and nice bars and beach very close

Fantastique villa avec une belle vue sur la baie d'Ajaccio

Nous avons vraiment apprécié nos vacances dans cette belle maison. Nous avons été agréablement surpris par la belle piscine et les terrasses qui l'entourent. Nous recommandons vivement ce séjour. L'accueil, l'hospitalité, les conseils et informations de l'hôtesse ont fait en sorte que nous passions un très bon moment en Corse. Die Gastgeber waren super freundlich und sehr engagiert. Sie waren auch immer Ansprechpartner bei Fragen zu Ausflügen oder Problemchen. Die obere Terrasse mit Pool ist einfach paradiesisch! Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und selten solch eine tolle Aussicht gehabt. Nur weiterzuempfehlen. Bei der Lage ein Sternchen Abzug, weil man auf jeden Fall auf eim Auto angewiesen ist, aber der Ausblick ist es definitiv wert!!!

Es waren zwei fantastische Wochen mit sehr hilfsbereiten und zuvorkommenden Gastgebern!Die Wohnung ist groß genug für eine Familie, gut eingerichtet und sauber!Der Balkon vor der Wohnung bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf die Berge, der zusätzlich gemietete und immer toll hergerichtete Poolbereich liefert ein grandioses Panorama auf die Bucht von Ajaccio!Die Umgebung ist ruhig, Geschäfte (Bäcker etc.) sind in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen - man wohnt am Berg!Hilfreich und empfehlenswert sind die Tipps von Caroline und Alexandre - egal ob Ausflugsziele oder Restauranttipps!Wir kommen wieder!

Grandioser Ausblick von der Terrasse der Vermieter

Insgesamt war unser Urlaub sehr schön, wenn es in diesem Jahr auch etwas heißer war als üblicherweise. Unsere vielen geplanten Wanderungen haben wir deshalb auf ausschließlich zwei Schattenwanderungen mit Erfrischung in den Badegumpen reduziert… Wir sind sehr froh, den Pool mit der Terrasse, der sich vor dem Haus der Vermieter befindet - das war uns zunächst nicht ganz klar - dazugebucht zu haben, auch wenn wir für die zwei Wochen in der Hauptsaison nochmal 700 Euro zusätzlich bezahlen mussten. Noch nie haben wir unseren Urlaub auf so einer geschmackvoll eingerichteten Terrasse verbracht und auch der Pool, der wirklich groß genug zum Bahnenschwimmen ist, ist einfach herrlich! Weiterer Pluspunkt für uns war, dass das Poolwasser gar nicht nach Chlor riecht, sonder anscheinend nur mit Salzwasser gefüllt ist. Vielen Dank an Caroline und Alexandre, die uns die Möglichkeit gegeben haben, die Terrasse und den Pool mitzubenutzen!

Très agréable séjour; je recommande à tous niveaux : accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, très à l'ecoute, très attentionnés et disponibles. Ils ont le souci de rendre le séjour le plus reussi possible pour leurs hôtes. Le cadre est magnifique avec une vue splendide sur la baie d'Ajaccio.

Très bien accueillie a l'arrivée comme au départ, je recommande ce lieu de calme et tranquillité en toute saison, Caroline a plein d'idées pour vos visites, lieu a voir et conseils. Le logement est bien situé mais conseille d'être équipé d'un Suv avec une vue imprenable sur la baie d'Ajaccio.

Die Wohnung, die man modular mit oder ohne Pool mieten kann, hat einen schönen Ausblick nach Porticcio. Man ist schnell am Strand und im Ort. Die Betreuung ist unglaublich nett, man wird bei allem vom Insider beraten.

Des vacances de rêve !

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Caroline et sa famille. L'hébergement est conforme à la description, et Caroline a à cœur de l'améliorer encore (des travaux sont prévus pour rendre la terrasse encore plus agréable). La piscine est facultative, mais franchement, c'est un vrai plus, nous n'avons jamais regretté d'avoir pris cette option. La vue est incroyable et l'aménagement très cosy. Des espaces sont communs avec la famille (ce qui ne sera plus le cas l'an prochain avec un accès individuel, mais qui restera le cas pour la terrasse de piscine) Mais franchement, la discrétion de Caroline fait que ce n'est pas du tout une gêne, au contraire, on a l’impression d'être en famille ! Bref, un hébergement qui nous a beaucoup plu et que nous avons plaisir à recommander !

La casa è bella, luminosa e spalziosa. La vista sul golfo è molto bella. Purtroppo l'annuncio in italiano su Vrbo non specifica che la piscina è un extra da pagare a parte. Aggiungendo gli extra di piscina, biancheria, pulizie finali il prezzo è decisamente eccessivo.

Super séjour chez Caroline et Alexandre. La location est parfaitement conforme à la description. Casa bella bella !!!

Séjour super agréable ! Bien-sûr la Corse est toujours aussi belle ! Mais avec un tel accueil de Caroline, Alexandre et des enfants, c'était tout simplement magnifique. L'appartement est très bien équipé, et spacieux. La terrasse est également très grande, avec une super vue sur la montagne et la mer. Et des projets d'aménagement sont encore en prévus !
