The main house comprises:
• On the ground floor, a living room opening onto a fully equipped kitchen with sea views, a master suite with shower room + bath, a dressing room, and an office with sea views.
• On the first floor, two bedrooms with shower rooms or baths and two children's bedrooms with two single beds or pull-out beds sharing a bathroom.
* Outside:
- A separate bedroom (pool level) that can accommodate 2 people with a shower room;
- Additional areas, such as a summer kitchen, a swimming pool and a boules court.
