Séjour très agréable. Attention au chemin d’accès jusqu’à l’appartement, très pentu et si la garde au sol de votre véhicule est faible ça ne passera pas. L’appartement est très agréable et bien conçu, cependant l’absence de rideaux dans la pièce de vie oblige à fermer la porte de la chambre et à vous priver de la climatisation sinon réveil à 6 h du matin garanti ! Donc réveil trop tôt chaque matin. Sinon lieu à découvrir sans modération ! Propriétaire très sympathique

Sejour de rêve sur les hauteurs de Porticcio

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cette résidence. Le calme, la vue, le logement, la grande terrasse, la pergola bioclimatique, la decoration, l'équipement électroménager sont les points forts de cette location. Attention toutefois à bien preciser que la piscine est une piscinette pour enfant peu profonde mais finalement tout a fait suffisante pour se rafraichir. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Nid douillet dans les hauteurs de Porticcio

À part la procédure d'arrivée qui arrive 24 H avant le séjour ce qui nous a stressé un peu, c'est un sans faute des propriétaires. Logement propre, très fonctionnel, calme avec une vue fantastique sur la montagne et une partie de la baie. À cette époque de l'année, on peut être à la plage, aux restaurants et commerces en moins de 10mn. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et remercions les hôtes très gentils et attentifs à nos besoins.

Geniale Ausblick

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig auf einer Anhöhe und bietet neben dem genialen Ausblick auch eine sehr gute Ausstattung mit allem was man für einen entspannten Urlaub benötigt. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der TV bot nur 4 Programme, hat uns aber nicht gestört, da wir im Urlaub besseres zu tun haben :-) Der Weg zur Villa ist sehr steil, aber machbar (SUV ist hilfreich). Leider wurde kein Internet über WLAN bereitgestellt, der Safe ist nicht verschraubt (kann als ganzes geklaut werden) und dem Whirlpool fehlt der Whirl, also die Düsen. Aber das ist jammern auf hohem Niveau. Wenn mann mit den kleinen Kritikpunkten leben kann, ist die Villa absolut zu empfehlen. Wir würden die Villa schon alleine wegen der Aussicht nochmal buchen!
