Located on the Island of Beauty, in the department of Corsica-du-Sud, the town of Grosseto-Prugna takes place in the Taravo, about thirty kilometers south of Ajaccio. This seaside resort faces the island capital, on the south shore of its gulf.

Populated since the Gallo-Roman era, the town of Grosseto-Prugna has a rich and exciting history. Once populated by the Genoese and victim of Barbary assaults between the 16th and 17th centuries, it has become over time a high place of Corsican tourism.

This seaside resort has indeed many advantages, starting with its dream beaches and sports and water activities to practice between two breaks in the sun. Its proximity to Ajaccio also makes it a must-see site on the island.
