In Porticcio, in a very quiet residential area, 15 minutes walk from the beach, its shops and the river shuttle to Ajaccio, rent as a whole or separately in a splendid property of 2000m ² without opposite, a main villa of 165m² (4 bedrooms), an adjoining 110m² guest house (2 bedrooms) and a 60m² garden apartment (1 bedroom) with heated pool (10m x5m). Maximum number of beds: 20 people.
Facing the bloodthirsty islands, it offers an exceptional view of Ajaccio and its sunsets.
All have beautiful volumes, with large windows. You will have access to the botanical garden (olive trees, figs, lemon trees, pomegranates, birds of paradise, ....). The living areas, the terrace with pool all overlook the sea view.
A beautiful Zen atmosphere will accompany you throughout your stay.
