A sumptuous Californian villa located in the most sought-after estate on the south shore, Le domaine de la pointe is a fully-secured peninsula within walking distance of the beach. The location and design are ideal for holidays, with a living area of around 90m² opening onto the terrace.
Each room has independent access via French windows and electric blinds overlooking the pool and sea view. There are 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with en-suite shower rooms and WCs and a choice of 160 or 2x80 beds, plus an air-conditioned study with sofa bed, flat-screen TV and en-suite bathroom.
Lower level: 2 separate bedrooms with 160 or 2x80 beds + 1 shower room and 1 separate toilet, accessed from inside the villa.

Très belle villa

villa très confort et spacieuse et très bien agencée. Plages à proximité. Nous étions 10 adultes et un enfant. Beau jardin, calme. Vous adoré notre séjour dans cette villa.
