The hotel was in rough shape. The ceiling in our bathroom leaked, and the door to the room did not shut when closed from the outside. When I called the front desk, they did not know what to do about it. I assumed that someone would look at it while we were out for the day, but no one did. When I checked out, we had to leave the door open and no one was at the front desk to alert to the situation.

It’s obviously dated but under renewal. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly, the manager Joe was readily responsive to every request and doing the work of three people with a friendly attitude.

This hotel was not well maintained. It has 2 elevators and one did not work and the other would not open consistently so we had to use stairs. The shower water pressure inconsistent Staff was very nice.

Awful is an understatement!!

Upon arrival there were several people drinking alcohol and smoking marajuana outside the o my entrance to the hotel. We got stuck in the elevator because it was malfunctioning for 17 minutes. The shower in the bathroom leaked from the shower head and cause excessive water to overflow outside of the tub. The door didn’t have a lock on it to be locked from the inside before going to sleep. The hallway lights on the second floor had several light bulbs missing. The ac unit had an opening between the unit itself and the wall allowing for light and outdoor air to come straight in through the wall. The rugs were extremely dirty and full of stains. The restaurant was closed down by the board of health. It appeared that this hotel was housing in houses individuals as somewhat of a shelter with children not being supervised. It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had while traveling. I will never go back.

I didn’t like that breakfasts is a joke. They don’t have a hot breakfast as advertised. They had cereal milk sugar and coffee. For what they charge they should deliver. They took the smoke detector out and left us with no security when I told them it was making a low battery noise. Safety concern. I found hairs from someone else in the shower curtain. Grosss never again I will stay here.

This place is a real dump. Would not recommend this to anyone. No one ever manned the front desk. Never saw anyone cleaning the hallways. No ice machines worked. Advertised in the front billboard full breakfast. That was certainly a joke.

This hotel was gross. There were giant stains on the carpet in the hallway. Our first room the counter in the bathroom was starting to fall off and when we came back from a day out the bathroom floor was dreanched from the ceiling leaking. There was no lights in the front of the hotel or on the sign to be able to know where it is. Someone in the parking lot put a glass beer bottle under my car behind my tire the first night and the second night the other cars in the lot tried to box us in by parking extremely close. The pool was down and caution taped off. I would not recommend ever staying at this place it should be shut down and refurbished.

Clean, friendly staff. Needs major repair/updates. Shower water stopped twice during shower, hot tube was closed off with caution tape, don't even know what condition the pool was in because the lights were off and no one around. The ceiling in the hallway was leaking, the elevators sounded like they might stop any minute. Pretty sure several of the people we met live there. The free "breakfast" was cereal and milk. The sign out front tells most of the story.

Never going back

Let's see where to begin. First of all they didn't know that I had two rooms at check in. Room was cold and HVAC didn't work so no heat. Smelled like weed in the hallway. Power went out for 2 hrs in the middle of the evening so no TV and never recieved the wifi username and password so unless you bring your own hotspot good luck. It is in a generally run down condition so don't go by the pictures.

Felt uncomfy

NO NO NO thank you! It was hard to locate at night due to zero lighting on the building, located across from a cabaret club (telling). The hotel had a weird smell and an even WORSE smell in the room, to the point I sprayed perfume to mask it. The hallway ceilings were leaking water, the bathroom was dark and dingy. We stayed two nights and I dreaded going back the second night. Building needs serious updating.

Smoke free rooms that smell like weed

The free breakfast was cereal and milk. People are spiking weed in the rooms. No one is ever at the front desk. You have to ring a bell and wait for someone. One day I waited 5 mins for someone.

This was a great stay. Good water pressure in the shower. Ample parking. Great staff. Comfortable bed. The only thing I didn’t like was that it was February and when I got into my room, it was very cold. Like 60° maybe. I put the heat on full blast and about 2 hours later it was comfortable. I went to the front desk for an extra blanket and they were happy to accommodate.
