I was ok

It was alright, I’m giving it 3 stars because we found bed bugs in our room and didn’t believe it. We showed them videos and pictures and they moved us to another room which it didn’t have any bed bugs of course.

Great customer service/ not so great bathroom door

Nice, clean and the customer service was amazing. The only thing bad, was the sliding door for the bathroom. I was vacationing with my 2 teenage daughters and the bathroom had no privacy at all. I’d definitely prefer a regular door that closes all the way.

Warm and reliable place

Good coffee (which is rare) and plentiful breakfast. Although chilly outside, always nice stepping through those warm doors. Very friendly and helpful staff. This is the only place we will stay in Groton.

Needs a facelift

Overall the hotel is fine for a short stay, but our room was dirty (carpet needed to be vacuumed and couch was stained) and the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. The hotel could use an update. Breakfast was fresh and delicious and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
