Felt the hotel was clean, we were a family of 4. Breakfast was great, appreciated the variety. Bed they re not to firm. I had trouble sleeping due to it. Pool unfortunately it's too cold my kids came out shivering. Entertainment low amount of tv channels. Wasn't happy i would need to sign into my own Netflix or Disney for options.

Great find

This is a great location when we visit our son at school. Easy access to dining and expressway to get around. I’ve stayed here several times and the staff is always friendly and provide great service.

The property was very clean and the staff was warm and welcoming. We love the fact that the breakfast starts at 6 AM because we had early volleyball games both days of our stay and we were able to get a nice breakfast before heading out.

I was ok

It was alright, I’m giving it 3 stars because we found bed bugs in our room and didn’t believe it. We showed them videos and pictures and they moved us to another room which it didn’t have any bed bugs of course.

Great customer service/ not so great bathroom door

Nice, clean and the customer service was amazing. The only thing bad, was the sliding door for the bathroom. I was vacationing with my 2 teenage daughters and the bathroom had no privacy at all. I’d definitely prefer a regular door that closes all the way.
