Room was great, staff was friendly, location was easy to get to. Pool was out of service which we only found out at check in and we were disappointed, but we didn’t let that ruin our stay. They provided free breakfast (which we didn’t take advantage of, but appreciate), but we used the coffee maker in the room.

Clean, quiet and friendly staff. Only negatives were the bathroom sliding door that didn’t close all the way and did not provide privacy and the shower was a little tricky to figure out, but it was satisfactory.

There was no plastic cups in the bathroom, no exhaust fan in the bathroom, minimal water pressure, bath towels were small and the quality of bath towels poor thin not soft. Bathroom door is a sliding barn door that doesn't close completely therefore you have no privacy and if you open hotel room door you can see in the bathroom diagonally. The Elevators were shaking when it was coming to a stop I was scared and other guests were bringing it up while on the elevator with them. They were also scared. I went to the front desk but the manager wouldn't be in until 2:00 pm. I wasn't going to hang around to wait for manager. It was my husband's Birthday so I brought these issues up with front desk. I was told by staff that the barn doors in the bathroom have been there for the past 14 years. Front desk gave me corporates number and I called to give feedback and issues regarding my two day stay. I was told by customer service that I would receive a phone call back within 48 hrs never heard from anyone. End result received an email apologizing for issues and some Hilton points were added to my account. I will not stay at this location again I will stay at the one in Mystic again.
