We requested a non-smoking room but the room and bathroom smelled like damp dirty socks. You can see shoe marks on the floor too. It is a very unpleasant experience.

I stayed for the weekend with my family of 3 and our dog. The location of this motel was great, it was a pet friendly option close to Mystic. The staff was friendly and quickly fixed our key on the second day when it wasn’t working. They also easily accommodated my last minute request for a 1st floor room. The property itself was quiet. The room, however, wasn’t that great. It wasn’t swept very well, hair and debris were on the floor. There were also food crumbs in the dresser and microwave. The bedding was clean but it was obvious that it needs to replaced. The property grounds were similarly in need of upkeep. The grassy area to walk dogs was dirty with trash. With a little increased cleanliness, this motel would be a really nice spot. Unfortunately I don’t think I’d stay again, with all the other options in this area.

The stay was great. The facility was nice and the employees were friendly. I only have two issues. When I walked in to my room, the door didn't closed properly without my using a lot of force to make sure it closed and the soap that was used to mop the room left a slick residue even though it was dried. I slipped on a couple of spots.

It was conveniently located after a late night/early morning check in. It was however loud as the walls were thin therefore hearing the neighboring rooms television upon arrival and again before the 9:00 am alarm that was set. Bed had metal that made a noise with every movement and the pillows were not comfortable. Nice staff. I wouldnt likely stay here again, but it isnt the worst.

Motel 6 - bottom of our motel list.

My husband and I have been visiting this area for the past 10 years, this was the worse motel that we have stayed at. They promised a queen size bed, but the one in our room was a double bed, the front desk insisted that it was a queen bed. The commode had to be plunged the first night, and we had no hot water. Hot water came on the second and third day. We will not return to Motel 6.

Bare minimum to sleep and shower in good location.

Service was very attentive and responsive, had help in my room within 5 minutes. Unfortunately it was to clean the air conditioner filters. Non-smoking room was not, had to empty a good size can of smoke away to make it bearable, but which very attentiv staff were happy to provide. I should stop right there, but a bare minimum for me is fresh roast coffee in the common area. Any place that has a coffee "dispenser" is not even trying.
