Appliances present: TV, washing machine, electric oven, fridge with freezer. Botticino marble floors and travertine wall tiles. Possibility to rent also the adjacent apartment of 85 square meters if available. Small pets are allowed if they are quiet and polite. The beach is on the other side of the road.
