When I booked the room it advertised wifi, an indoor pool, and a continental breakfast. It also said that it offered cribs. I called the hotel to ask about getting a crib and the attendant said “I don’t know if they have those. I am new here.” I asked her to check for sure because I needed to know for sure if they would have one and she told me she was the only one there and I should just bring one just in case. She did not offer any further help or make any effort to find the information for me. Upon check in she told me that the indoor pool is closed and that the wifi would be down for the whole weekend. I entered my room and the sink, toilet, and bathroom in general did not seem to be cleaned. There was hair all over the toilet seat, the sink had remnants of something in it, and there was hair all over the bathroom floor. I went back down the hall and asked for some cleaning products to clean my bathroom. The attendant was folding laundry in the laundry room. She told me that she didn’t know where any cleaning products were, that this was mot her hotel, they pulled her from the one up the street and put here there without any training. She did not apologize or offer any remedies for the dirty area. She was standing near a shelf that had a dirty bottle of bleach sitting on it. I asked if she would at let me use the bleach and she handed me the bottle and said “there’s not much in it” and gave me a rag. I cleaned the bathroom.

Checked almost all boxes. Clean, comfortable. On the negative, the wifi was down and more variety in the breakfast bar would have helped. Good stay, and would stay again.

This was a great pit stop for one night and the staff was very friendly. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. However, I would not recommend this for a longer term stay. The pool is closed indefinitely, the in-room tub was out of service, and the vending machine was out as well. No Wi-Fi. Great if you need a break from I-80.

This hotel has deteriorated quite a bit since changing from Best Western. Missing toiletries/dated lobby/tacky temporary signage outside/tacky string of lights/non-professional looking staff/poorly stocked breakfast/no protein/ran out of bagels/indoor pool closed. The room itself was clean, but there was a missing picture on the wall. I heard another guest say, now I know why this was the only hotel in the area not fully booked (homecoming weekend). She walked in the breakfast room and then walked right back out without eating anything.

Three tries to get a room at check in. First room had not been cleaned. Second rooms heater did not work. Third room made strange noise when it kicked on. Told the internet would be down for an hour when we arrived. The next day they said, "waiting for boss to come in ". The second night drunks came in at 1am and were screaming in the hall. Trash outside building for 2 days. A pool was advertised but was out of order. Hotels.com should remove this property from its offerings. Terrible property!

No pool or hot tub, Fire pit area broken. Pictures are out dated as well as their rating. No soap. Shampoo and Cond. forget it. No elevator, had to carry our bags up stairs. Relocated to a new hotel.

No elevator. Pool was out of service. No gym. The young man at the front desk was incredibly friendly. Breakfast is danishes, cereal, toast and plain bagels. Juice and coffee. No good proteins. Outlets in the room are loose so items don’t stay plugged in. Room had a urine smell to it and sink didn’t drain well. It was a place to sleep but will not stay here again.

Property is run down, just taken over by new group. Pool and hot tub are permanently closed. Rooms clean but run down. Breakfast offering is the most minimal in my experience. Security doors that require key for entry are disabled, anyone can walk in any time they like. No room service during our 3 day stay, had to track down service to get clean towels. Bugs in room, all furniture and carpet shows signs of wear or damage.

The jetted tub in the room didn’t work, and the pool was out of order as well. It would have been nice to know these weren’t available when booking the room. The toilet in the room overflowed, and the front desk employee handed me two towel and a plunger, and told me to go plunge it.

Do not stay here.

The room was filthy, the common areas were filthy, you could read a book through the bath towels (see attached pic) the fridge and microwave were not cleaned and the bathroom was gross. Other than that great job Radisson!!

The Park Inn has so much potential, not sure why or how it hasn't bettered since transitioning from a Best Western to a Radisson. The pool was closed, heater apparently broken. The breakfast was juice, cereal, bread. What happened to the eggs, protein, waffle maker? The staff at the front desk was great at check in, I don't remember seeing any other staff as we had to get our own fresh towels. The location is perfect for those wanting to shop, see the town, enjoy surrounding restaurants. Will I stay again, maybe. The price is certainly attractive compared to other hotels but I hope some basic cosmetic work is put into the aging building.

I mistakenly booked the wrong day. I called the hotel to rectify the mistake. I was told that “policy” would not allow a reschedule only an extension. There were plenty of rooms available that day and I acknowledge my mistake but was hoping they would work with me due to an unexpected emergency trip. It may be policy but is poor customer service. The property was filthy, as we found a living cockroach in our bed the first night. The water pressure was horrifyingly bad, like a giant peeing on your head. The room was not cleaned thoroughly and the service was rude when there was anyone around. I saw one worker the entire four day stay. The AC barely worked and the lights were all dusty. The floor was sticky and the sheets were stained. It was not worth almost $300 for the stay. We will never stay there again nor recommend to anyone we know. The exterior is dated, messy, covered in cigarette butts, and overall embarrassing for their management. I hope that it gets cleaned up.

The room was musty and dirty. The shower curtain had dried blood on it. Toilet and sink leaked. Bedding dirty. Pool broken. Breakfast offered coffee, juice, toast pb and jelly and cereal. No fruit, yogurt,waffels or protein. We were very disappointed.
