* We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!
* We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility.
* All of our TVs are smart TVs or compatible Roku's--setup for you to stream from your own accounts.
* Guests may see some wildlife or insects during your stay — this is common for properties in natural, wooded, or lakeside areas.
* Small quiet neighborhood, most neighbors live in the neighborhood full time. Please respect our neighbors and observe our quiets hours between 10pm-8am, 7 days a week
* 5 minutes from downtown Grove so easy access to grocery stores and shopping.
* We do have a good sized flat driveway, but if more parking for boat trailers is needed make arrangements ahead of time and we will do our best to accommodate.
