PRIME LOCATION! This villa is a beautiful lakefront home located just 50 yds from the popular Marina Beach! A stay in Pine Mountain Lake not only gets you close (25miles) to one of the greatest national parks but you can also enjoy amazing local amenities like the golf course, tennis courts, archery, community swimming pool, Country Club dining and others. Casa Cassaretto is the perfect home base for all of it.



This 5 bedroom beauty offers two master suites (K, K) making it perfect for a multi family getaway. In addition to the two suites the other bedrooms offer a king. queen, and two twins so there is room for all...plus everyone you know will want to come along when you clue them in on the amazing features of this villa including a game room with pool table dart board, shuffleboard, board games, wet bar, and smart TV (cable)...not to mention the gas log fire place and OLED home theater plus blue-tooth connected sound system in the living room.



But the true star of the show is the AMAZING outdoor space offered! Offering both a sun deck and covered patio - with seating for 15 - there is room for all the land lovers to catch some sun...but for the water babies offers a private dock plus rowboat, hybrid kayak-canoe, and 2 Wavestorm SUPs with paddles - there is also a floaing mat, pool noodles and buckets and shovels for a day full of sand and sun. Please wear life jackets while using provided boat(s) and be sure to swim out from the dock maximum 30 feet, per Pine Mountain Lake safety regulations.
