PERFECT beach vacation getaway! This crisp sparkling clean beach retreat is just a quick drive from town!

The Space:
Welcome to our beautiful split-level home! Located in a quiet neighborhood you'll love every moment here! The main level features and open concept, airy, living space with clean lines and trendy furnishings. The beds are large and comfortable, there are two full baths, and a private coffee bar so you don't have to walk up to the full kitchen to get your morning cup of Joe. The upper level, picture windows let in natural light, there are two sofa sleepers, board games, and lots of space in the kitchen for cooking. There is a small backyard, and larger front and side yard. The front patio deck faces the street and offers filtered views of the ocean, while the back porch is the perfect retreat for two.

The Neighborhood:
Only 5 minutes to downtown Pismo Beach, Downtown Arroyo Grande "the Village", and the Great American Melodrama! This is truly the best location for a relaxing vacation at the beach! It's a quick drive or walk to the Amtrak train station in Grover Beach!

Other Things to Note:
During rainy seasons, we sometimes experience an influx of black ants. The ants do not bite and are easily taken care of with ant spray and a quick wipe up (until it rains again!). This is a regional issue out of our control, but we apologize for the inconvenience.

There is a non refundable pet fee of $100 if you are bringing your dog. Maximum 2 well behaved dogs only, & absolutely no dogs on the furniture or beds. Dogs must have their own beds to sleep in. Thank you for understanding and helping us keep our home clean and free of pet allergens for our future guests.

There is a $20 extra guest fee for more than 2 people.
