This is a family home in a family friendly neighborhood. All guests must adhere to our policies and are responsible for any damage to the property.
Hot tub rules are listed in our house manual. Failure to comply resulting in a necessary deep cleaning will be charged at $250.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed but will be charged at $50 per stay and pet owners are responsible for any damage occurred by the pet.
