Hot tub rules are listed in our house manual. Failure to comply resulting in a necessary deep cleaning will be charged at $250.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed but will be charged at $50 per stay and pet owners are responsible for any damage occurred by the pet.

My husband & I rented the house for 4 days with our so, daughter-in-law, daughter & 5 grandchildren along with our son’s dog. We had a great & comfortable stay while attending our nieces wedding for 4 days. The house was well equipped & comfortable. We had extended family over for a visit & lunch.

Excellent communication with owner.The house was very clean,with very comfortable beds,and a big TV. We were able to park in the garage.The house is few miles from oceano beach. We enjoyesome wonderfumeals meals at Pismo and Avila. I would highly tecommend
