Old, large house "La Maison de l'Etang", 2 storeys, terraced. In the centre of Gruissan, in a quiet position, 3 km from the sea. Private: garden (fenced), courtyard, public parking 50 m. Shop 100 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant, bar 100 m, bus stop 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 2 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Sports harbour 2 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 5 km. Nearby attractions: Réserve Africaine de Sigean 29 km, Cité de Carcassonne 73 km, Espace Balnéoludique de Gruissan 3.5 km, Plage des Chalets 3 km. In the heart of the old village there is the House of the pond. It has access to the street and access to the "circulade" along the pond.

Très belle vue
Maison grande et bien agencée, dans la vieille ville, à deux pas du château. Village très pittoresque, vie sur l'étang depuis la terrasse, tout était parfait.
